Person
Personal reflection, conditions and changes.
Their content does not cross: not the scores, not the chosen conditions, not the texts they write.
Measuring climate tells you how your people are. Happiness Play Pro starts where that ends: each person understands what they need and turns it into changes of their own, and the organisation works on the conditions it does control.
The organisation administers the accounts and sees participation. The content each person writes never leaves their own space.
Experiences, collaborations and deployments documented at different stages of the project. This does not imply a current relationship.
Surveys describe a perception at a given moment. The challenge starts afterwards.
A snapshot. You know there is a low figure, not why or on whom it depends.
Context, priorities and meaning. Each person says what they need and what moves them.
Decisions, commitments and follow-up. With a date, an owner and a next reading.

One complete dashboard to manage employee wellbeing.
Analyse aggregate happiness by life area, its distribution, change over time, median and stability; segment by gender, age, country and date.
Two different experiences, joined by a clear boundary: usage crosses it — who takes part and how much — never the content the person writes.
Usage crosses, content never does
From data to action, with a clear view for every decision.
Explore the most requested conditions and their area-level detail, and track dated commitments to prioritise benefits, programmes and the next measurement.
No organisation can decide what should make a person happy. It can create better conditions and offer tools.
An executive view of participation, aggregate wellbeing, conditions and commitments to prioritise action and track progress.

A personal journey that turns reflection into priorities and priorities into commitments.
Each person gets a snapshot of their current situation through the Wheel of Life and can go deeper into the areas that matter most to them.
Starting point: a personal view in context. They identify the conditions they want to have or keep and distinguish between what is necessary, what is motivating and what still needs sorting.
Priority: what truly matters to that person. They turn their priorities into concrete commitments, with a date and a way to recognise progress.
Action: commitments that can be observed and reviewed.Go for a forty-minute walk, three days a week.
See → choose → change. That is the whole journey.

You do not buy a licence and leave the organisation on its own. This is the journey.
Happiness Play is designed to preserve individual autonomy. We prefer to explain it precisely, even when that is less comfortable, so we tell it in layers: what the organisation administers, what usage it sees and what content never leaves the person's space.
Personal reflection, conditions and changes.
Their content does not cross: not the scores, not the chosen conditions, not the texts they write.
What the person writes stays on their side. What crosses is the usage: that they took part and how much.
Participation and activity of each person; patterns and evolution by area for the group.
Two things cross: each person's usage — whether they take part and how much — and the statistics for the whole group by area.
And with that, the organisation decides on what is genuinely its own.
It is the same criterion as with a telephone company: the organisation knows the service has been used, never the content of the conversation. With one difference worth stating: the organisation does know who has used the service and how much, because it administers the accounts. The minimum aggregation thresholds and the profiles with access are agreed in writing during the pilot; today they are not a product feature.
Happiness Play does not turn individual wellbeing into a performance score.
Possible applications of the method. These are not deployed cases: specific projects are shared in conversation, with each organisation's permission.
We only publish what we can document. Each milestone links to its source.
