Happiness Play holds the Autocoaching© methodology, registered both as a trade name in Spain and as a European Union Community Trademark (006176101), a National Trademark in Spain (2871255/20), methodology (Registration M-5105/200), databases (Registration M-5107/200), content (Registration M-5105/200) and drawings (deposit in Spain D 0504703-001 to 010), as well as international registrations in the United States (77220344), Canada (1354774), Brazil (900739770), Argentina (2765037), Colombia (10 010261) and Venezuela (07-21418).

Happiness Play shall not be liable for damages arising from:

  • The lack of availability, maintenance or effective operation of the website and its services.
  • The lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the website to meet users' specific needs.

  • Unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use of the website by users.
